For cavity mapping and planning you could use the Helium Rough scanner with its software.
OctoNus developed a dual laser cavity mapping system that gets to the bottom of more holes than the single red laser light system as shown in the example below.
Also for creating Hole inclusions you can use MBox. It allows creating Holes by M-Box photos with small depth of field by using special algorithm.
And the new Oxygen Microscope method of Hole inclusions allows to create Holes by photos from Helium Rough or Oxygen Microscope with deep depths of field.

In order to create your own DLL cuts you need the developing environment allowing to compile the DLL modules. Our DLL cut samples are created with Microsoft Visual C++ compiler. So we strongly recommend this tool to use our samples as a start-up template.

Of course creating an external DLL cut implies a kind of 3D/mathematics work, like draw 3D-model and define the position and movements of all vertex and sides dependent from the parameters values, and programming work.
I want to find a second stone. What is the difference between algorithms Next (Facet) and Next (Space)?×
- Algorithm Next (Facet) uses final quantity of positions for set of next diamond during search of next polished diamond. These positions are where table of next diamond is parallel to main facets of pavilion, crown or table of already existing in the scene diamonds
- Algorithm Next (Space) uses much more quantity of directions for set of next diamond that are not limited by facets of existing diamonds. Next (Space) analyzes variants where diamonds are located as Pavilion to Pavilion, Girdle to Pavilion, Girdle to Girdle, Crown to Pavilion and so on
Next (Facet) takes much less time than Next (Space) and we recommend to use this one in most cases for start of manual search. You can try to run Next (Space) if you suppose one of above locations, for example Pavilion to Pavilion etc.
Operations with optimization algorithms require correct appraiser and price lists according to manufacture needs.

How to see angles for two models simultaneously? For example, for scanned model and for its asc sample×
There are two models on Scene combined together: Scanned - Light Blue and ASC sample - Blue.
To see slope and azimuth angles of two models simultaneously put mouse over of some facet:

Note. If for some model both type of angles are shown, global and by holder:
first azimuths are shown then slope angles - for global angles
first slope angles are shown then azimuths - for angles by holder
There are global angles coordinate system and angles by holder coordinate system.
To change coordinat system select it from menu View: Show global angles or Show angles to holder
You selected Show angles to holder option. Select some facet:
